B.A.M.S (Bachelor Of Ayurveda Medicine And Surgery) – Ayurvedachary

  • Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) or Intermediate with minimum 50% individual subjects or its equivalent certificate / Diploma with the above subjects recognized by the Government. (For reserved category candidates will be got relaxation as per Govt. rule).
  • Candidates will be required to fulfill all eligibility norms of NEET examination as per govt. order at the time of admission/ counseling.
  • Candidates aspiring for B.A.M.S. course must have attain minimum 17 years of age as on 31st December of the responding year.
  • Duration: 4.5 years + 1 year internship.
  • No. of Seats – 100.

Duration of the course

  • 1st Professional: 18 months
  • 2nd Professional: 18 months
  • 3rd Professional: 18 months
  • Compulsory Rotatory Internship: 12 months
  • Total: 5 ½ Years

Examination and Fees

  • Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University, Jabalpur conducts the examinations.
  • Fees as per declare by AFRC Madhya Pradesh (407250/- per professional (1.5 year) for the session 2023-24, it may be vary as per govt. order ).

Attendance Requirement

A student must have 75% attendance in theory & practicals separately to appear for the examination in the specific subjects. The number of teaching hours for “theory & practicals” meant for every subject as specified by N.C.I.S.M. (C.C.I.M.) are well ensured in the teaching programme of the working days. Thus the number of teaching hours (periods) vary from subject to subject as fixed by the Head of the Sri Sai Institute keeping in view of minimum requirement as specified by N.C.I.S.M. (C.C.I.M.). Therefore 80% attendance means, 80% of the periods that a student attends from out of the total number of periods “conducted” in a specified subject. Likewise putting up of minimum 80% attendance would be calculated with reference to each & every subject separately.
